I love my satellite dish because I can always see what is on and what is coming on for days in advance! I can plan on what my kids can watch and what I want to record and with the DVR watching TV and the program we want are a sure thing! We can record with ease and without the worry or fuss of video tapes or programming the VCR! Plus-watching football that has been recorded goes by so much faster when we skip all the commercials! It turns a four hour game into a two hour show! This has really helped us use our time more wisely or as my husband thinks-twice as much football for him! The picture is clear and the quality is great! I'll never go back to cable! -Jenny Risenmay We just had DishNetwork installed this last weekend. Our installer was great. He made sure that both we & he knew what we wanted where (we had 3 TVs and 2 DVRs). Our children, 4 & 6 years old, were interested in what he was doing and he was able to cope with their interest while doing a professional job. He explained the system to us and told us to call if we had any questions that we couldn't find answers to in the manuals. It is quite rare these days to have a company provide any customer service at all so I wanted to make sure that he is commended on the wonderful service he provided for us. I have had my satellite now for about 6 months and I will never switch to anything else. I hear a lot of people talking about television and some of the remarks are about the quality of the picture and that there is nothing ever good on or they are worried about what their kids could see. Well with satellite I don't have any of those worries. The reception is great! There are so many channels to choose from and I can look to see what will come up next and what the rating is and I can block out any channels that I don't want to see. There are always programs on television that is not worth watching. I am just so glad that I can control what comes through on my TV with my satellite. -Courtney Moses
